Our resident Pumpkin Guy says you can cut the tips of the
plants off, ****If it's a pumpkin, squash??? something or other***** without any harm to the
plant, and will actually incourage the
plant to finish producing the fruit it started to make...
If it's a Zucchini, there won't be any "ENDS" to it to snip....
How about another picture,
Of the ends of the
plant?
(**Does it trail out or bush up???)
If it produces a trailing vine, like it's tryin' to escape from the
plant, that's a squash/pumpkin.
If the leaves stay centralized and go up into the air a bit, it's a zucchini...
Please keep us posted!
