I have a hoya too . It is a monster of a
plant . I have had it for 12 years now and it has bloomed a few times . It thrives on neglect and I just water it once a week or so . I have chicken wire tacked up on the window it is
growing on to keep it a little more contained . It has taken over the windows there in my room . I have shoots running all over from it . The boys hate to have to move the thing because it is so heavy and large . I can't blame them . When I got the
plant it had no leaves on it , just twiggy looking vines and it has a ton of leaves now and lots of new growth . I love the
flowers on this thing , they almost look fake . They are little clusters of pink
flowers . Seems like mine blooms more when it is warmer , the warmer it gets the more it blooms , so I keep the room closed off so it gets warm in
spring and summer and no air conditioning air gets in there to it .
