You have a pothos there, and it looks like it needs a good pruning rather than repotting. Pothos get leggy when they don't receive enough light. Pruning the longest stems back to just above a node a couple inches from the soil will encourage new growth that will fill in the plant again. Root the cuttings in water (trim to about 5-6" first) then pot with the parent plant to help it fill out even more. Given bright indirect light, pothos grow quite quickly. To keep the plant compact regular pruning is necessary.

Thank you very much! I have one in water right now from before but it's not growing any roots. When should i put it in with the parent plant?

Pothos sometimes take awhile to root. I have cuttings just starting to root that have been in water for about a month. Remember to change the water at least once a week. Pot the cuttings when the roots are about an inch long.

Whatever you do don't put it in direct light! I had one a year ago before I knew anything about them and yikes! poor thing died on me in a month. I have a nice new healthy (inside!) one now. I work at a school and most teachers have them, they seem to flourish under florecent lights rather than any sunlight. *shrugs* enjoy though!
