You have a pothos there, and it looks like it needs a good pruning rather than repotting. Pothos get leggy when they don't receive enough light. Pruning the longest stems back to just above a node a couple inches from the soil will encourage new growth that will fill in the
plant again. Root the cuttings in water (trim to about 5-6" first) then pot with the parent
plant to help it fill out even more. Given bright indirect light, pothos grow quite quickly. To keep the
plant compact regular pruning is necessary.
