That is a truely beautiful jade! The second
cactus, with the cephalum, is probably a melocactus of some sort. The
flowers will come from that top part. The first could be so many things. Has it ever flowered? If so, where did the
flowers come from (right from the growth point, from a little lower down, a lot lower down) and what did the
flower stems look like (hairy, spiny, naked), and what color? Cacti are classified primarilly by their
flower morphology. Until it blooms, you won't be certain of the species. Here are 2 good sites to look around on to help you find a genus. Even if you can't, they've got a lot of info and are fun to browse!
