At my local tops, they have 5 cooked mini~shells.
I take those and open a plain can of HUNTS TOMATO SAUCE and spread on top, as much or little as you like. I again sprinkle garlic powder and on mine fine ground black pepper, on my husbands I do both the fine and the coarse ground (bigger chunks) on his I add oregano, (Mine frown :p )
Then sprinkle preshredded mozzerella cheese.
(my son can't have any so I dont' put any on his)
pepperoni on top....
cook at 350 for 20 minutes, depending on how
crisp or not crisp you like it.!!

Now you can do anything you want to yours, that gives you a guideline... add mushrooms and greenolives, pepperoncini's, etc., etc.,
They are all made to order, not all like the same, so mix and match.....Have fun!!

Hey Weezie!

I don't do home cooked pizza, too many places here that will deliver. I am a real carnivore! Thin crust, extra sauce, extra cheese, sausage, meatball, occasionally pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives. No onion, bell pepper or anchovies ( :p ). Oh! Oh! Now I have made myself hungry! laugh

Yep, cheese can be greasy too....I try to use a napkin and soak some of it off the top....There is just something about pepperonis that are pooled with grease in the middle that doesn't excite me.....although I don't always rule out pepperoni on a pizza....I really like tomatoes on the pizza....think that tastes good....not that long ago we tried a chicken pizza....it was okay....

Hey we need a mouth drooling graemlin..... laugh
Or a gramlin shoving food in it's face... thumbup

Hollywood and I ordered pizza last night. We do half 'n half. She gets all her meat selections on her side & I get my faves on mine: mushrooms, black olives, tomatoes....but...I forgot to specify "cooked." They sent it with big 'ol raw tomato slices plopped on my side......wasn't too bad, tho....first time I'd ever had uncooked 'maters on a pizza...... grinnnn

Ooooh, Jillie, I like mine just like yours... got any leftover?

Since my husband was away last night, I got a frozen pizza at the grocery store while I was out before the snow - figured no one would be delivering later nutz

IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! Very heavy on the spices in the sauce - yuck - and the cheese (was supposed to be 4 diff. cheeses) was non-descript. Never again!!! :p :p

Shoulda just had tunafish!!! eek

Lynne,
That's why I make my own........
making your own sause is quite easy
as long as you have the basic's....
Some kind of your favorite sauce,
I like plain HUNTS Tomato sauce,
(or you can use a premade sauce they have on the market now)
I doctor mine up with the above stuff,
but put on what you like,
Same for chees, if you like it, put it on.
I only like mozz~~ we each put on as much or
as little as we individually like or dislike.
Same for pepperoni, or other stuff....

Really, if you can find those premade ones,
or they sometimes sell the already made fressh ones~you just spread out on pan and go from there.
They are alot of fun!!
Trust me!!!
It's like a personal pan pizza!!!

Hey Weezie ~

I used to make the homemade pizzas a lot when my son was younger! They WERE really good!!! It seems that I don't have the strength in my hands/arms to roll out the dough anymore - as my 99 year old grandma used to say - "Feh... it's no good getting old..." :p

But I will try and get some pizza dough next time I'm out and hopefully my daughter will help me roll it out. thumbup

I'm not close to NYC - about 45 miles away I think.

Have you ever seen the ones that are already made, and cooked???
Even there's something out there called
"Boboli Pizza" I think they come with
either just the dough or both, dough and fixin's!
In stead of rolling it out.
Weezie
Mine are made, cooked and frozen...
I take them straight from the freezer, on a cookie
sheet, load up and cook....
