What is frozen limeade concentrate?
I was just reading a recipe and it called for that?
Is it like a lemonade frozen concentrate?
I don't think I've ever seen it before????
Yes, it comes in the same type and size of "cans" as lemonade and orange juice concentrates.
Yes, by Minute Maid, like frozen lemonade.
I LOVE limeade ! And lime popsicles.
What do you do with it Deborah??
Just out of curiousity???
I drink gallons of it !
Over crushed ice ! YUM !
It's just mixed up like lemonade,
just instead of lemon, it tastes like lime??
I don't believe I've seen it here
but maybe at Wally~World, and cause I'm not looking for it when I'm there, I just haven't seen it in my area...
Thanks..
Sounds pretty good. So what are you making with it Weezie? I have never heard of it either but it sounds good!
Welllllll, I had a recipe, for *if I remember correctly* Key Lime Cheesecake....
*But I lost it..
And it sounded, pretttttttty gosh darn tasty...
YUM! That really sounsd good. Key Lime pies are so yummy on a hot summer day so I bet a cheesecake would be great. If you find the recipe again, please post it here!
I had sent it to myself, and my file/folder got deleted........... and I have no idea how that happened.. but I was a tad bit upset...
I had compiled alot of stuff/info that I referred to, back and forth, alottttt..
It's impossible to recap a miniscule.. of what was there..grrrrrrrrrr...
But it did sound realllllllllly good...
Have you checked your recycle bin? Or done a search for the file folder name, maybe it just got moved?
Yes, Weezie, it's like lemonade but tastes like lime. It has pulp like the high pulp orange juice, which in my opinion is a plus.
You can also buy fluid limeade, already prepared, next to prepared lemonade. It doesn't have much, if any, pulp. Dunno why, as they're both by Minute Maid.
Too bad about losing your file/recipe. It sounded like a yummy pie. woudl have loved to have a copy of it. Hope you can retrieve your files/folder and post it for us. Good luck!
Becuase I have been thinking of it, I went in search of recipes. These are both off of the Kraft Foods website.
