Cabbage Peas - February 9th, 2007 at 11:32 PM
Hey everybody.
I'm new here. Just registered tonight, and was really happy to find this forum. I'm not sure if this is the right category of topics to ask this question in, but I'm gonna ask it anyway, and trust that those of you more familiar with this forum will correct or guide me.
I've recently moved back to Central North Florida after 20 or so years of living from South Florida to Kentucky. Growing up, we used to plant what we called "Cabbage Peas". All I remember is that it's a small green pea, and it taste soooo good!
We are getting ready to plant a garden, and I cannot find them anywhere. Are any of you familiar with this type of pea? It may be, and probably is, called by another name. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Linny
