I recently recieved a gardenia plant. At first everything went fine and the plant was healthy. However, about two months has passed and my poor plant looks dried out and limp. I have tried everything I can think of to do. HELP!!

poor lil gardenia...maybe you should try ree-potting it, and giving it some fresh soil, then fertilizing with a azelia/rhododendron miracaid. gardenias love acidic fertilizers, then try giving it some more sun, and leaving it alone for awhile. they like moist soils and if you have a rootbound gardenia, try to uncoil the roots a bit when you re-pot to make the roots have more room to grow and thrive good luck!!-cassie

Gardenias are difficult indoor plants. They must be in a sunny window. The soil should be watered thoroughly as soon as the soil surface feels dry. They resent being repotted. If you repotted yours, there is a good chance that the roots are rotting.

If you need more assistance, give us a little more information about your plant's environment and care.
