I AM HAVEING TROUBLE WITH MOLES IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET RID OF THEM WITH OUT USING CHEMICALS WHICH END UP KILLING THE BIRDS I AM A FOUND BIRD LOVER AND I DONT WANT TO HARM THE BIRDS BUT THE MOLES ARE BAD ESPALLY AROUD THE FOUDATION TO MY HOUSE ANY IDEAS NEED HELP BAD IN OHIO, HAROLD

The moles are having a great time hunting the grubs in your lawn. If you get rid of the grubs, you should be rid of the moles. The time to treat for grubs is when the forsythia is blooming. I have used diluted castor oil in the mole holes and runs to encourage them to leave. This will drive them to some other part of your property. Good luck!

I've used a mix of Tabasco sauce, vinegar and water poured around their holes. It also keeps dogs away from my gardens. smile
I guess I'm lucky, my neighbour's cat takes care of most of the rodents here now.
