I found this bush with these seed pods and orange-ish buds on it, I must've missed it's blooms cuz there are already dried seedpods with seeds in it, will try to get a pic of the bloom but because school starts next week, I'm not sure I will have the time to. If someone could figure it out, I'd really appreciate it. BTW, outta curosity, I smelled it and it sorta smells like a bleeding heart stem (I take it that it's a bit toxic like the bleeding heart)

forgot to mention, the pods are about one inch in diameter and is divided into many sections (like spokes on a wheel, slices of pie, you get the idea rite?)

I always keep one each year...seems like the birds must bless me with enriched dropppings. laugh I flush the seed pods down the toilet just to be sure they don't end up getting spread around. It is worth the trouble to me to keep one in a container on the porch so I can rub the leaves every time I walk by it. wink
