Unfortunately the only photo I have of this shrub from my garden is far from being good for identification purposes, but the flowers are fairly unique so hopefully someone can help me add a name to it from that alone!
It is a ten foot tall, multi trunk, deciduous shrub that blooms in early summer. The leaves are light green and resemble those of a lilac.

I have a variety of that shrub,
and it is absolutely breath taking!
The flowers are sooooooooooo pretty,
they have a light smell, and there's
sooooooooo many blooms, it's just covered!
And it's a tad bit later than some of the
shrubs, so it's nice to have something blooming
then!!!
I like taking them into the house too,
they don't last a real lonnng time,
but it's so delicate, and a nice filler
in arrangements....
Almost like a gypsophilia when in an arrangement.

And relatively no care to it..
(My deers, d*mn near gave it a hair cut to the
ground this late winter...I hope they don't do that again!)

I'm hopin' Bill thinks it's a match too!!!
