Hi all,

I don't have a picture but if I get really needy I might go back out there with the camera even though it's so hot my a/c isn't doing the trick.

So it's a bush and it gets big. In fact the ones at the social services building look like small trees. It has dark green foliage and is currently blooming with dark pink flowers in cone shaped bunches.

Landscapers seem to use it everywhere and it is definitely easy care. In fact considering where it is growing in my neighborhood I would say no care.

The seed pods are round and open up in equal sections. Rather looks like a segmented grapefruit only much smaller and woody lol. Each section hold two seeds one on each side of a divider.

I sure would like to know the name. Thankyou for checking it out.
