OP Patty S Member Joined: Sep 2005 SW Oregon interior	My son lives in a Split-level house that sits high above the street & he does very little yard work, because his front yard is all Juniper bush... with this strange looking shrub/tree thing right in the middle of it! It stands about 5' tall. Does anyone know what it is? Close-up

Wrennie Member Joined: Apr 2006 Phoenicia, NY	looks like some sort of spruce. I've heard of dwarf varieties and of pruning them to make them stay small and bonsai-ish.
