What are these little cuties that have popped up at our new house? They showed up the first week of March, so they are EARLY comers, and they are tiny!

Yep... that's exactly what those are...

And they will multiply with time, prolifically.. thumbup flw flw flw flw flw

When the bees get to them, and the flower dries up, there's a seed or bulb at the end of that flower, and when the stalk dries up and lays over, that's where another group of snowdrops form..

Also, they are shade loving for us that are covered with Oak trees. They can be transplanted easily too. flw

OK - thanks! These are on the shady side of the house, so that explains it. I'd be happy to have them multiply - it needs so "pretty" on that side of the house. This house is new to us this (just bought last month) so it's a thrill to see things coming up. I feel a real kinship with the woman who used to live there (for 60+ years), and passed away at 93. She has flowers and bushes everywhere, bird houses, all things that I love too. It makes a new house feel like home already.

Sandy,
My house is the same way, and older couple lived here for many, many years and she had snow drops, phlox and iris's and peonies and columbines, etc... and the neat thing about it is, she was a Meals~on~Wheels recipient and I would deliver to her and tell her how her flowers were.. she thought that was so nice to hear someone was taking care of them still.

I finally got my pictures up and running..
Here's my snow drops..

How cool that you would end up owning the house of someone you had befriended. Your snow drops look great in with the rocks.
