OP comfrey Member Joined: Jul 2005 Arkansas	After reading some of the post about pressure canning...I searched for a good site about the subject: http://cecommerce.uwex.edu/pdfs/B2593.PDF This is a pdf file which means it will load slow and if you want to save it...click on file and then on save or you can just print it out from that window. This is an excellent document on pressure canners and there use! Hope this helps someone. Jean in Arkansas
