Please help ID this beautiful tropical looking plant for my brother & sister-in-law. They brought it from Ontario to New Brunswick about 10 years ago but never knew what it was. They put it outside in the summer & bring it in for the winter. It grew over 5 feet tall but they have recently started 2 new plants from it. The picture is of one of these new plants. As you can see the flowers are gorgeous. Hope someone out there knows what it is. Thanks wavey

there're lots of oleanders in my neck of the woods.
