Mine is the purple.its also sometimes called catherdal bells vine.you actually sow the seed stright up or it won't sprout& its also not a good WS canidate.I tried growing last yr& learned Feb is not good to start them. weezie13 Compost Queen! Joined: Apr 2003 N.Y.	I had never heard of the vines.. The other one I'd heard of was a biennial.. Yeah, I know what you mean about paying for the expensive seeds and having that happen.. I'm on the .10 and .25 cent package kick right now..
