On average, how long does it take a Semp to produce an offset?

+ If possible, could people post pics of their Sempervivums? Theres not that many images i can find across the internet...

My semps are outside plants. They seem to stay with what they came as (single plant, a few offsets, whatever) the year I plant them. I suppose they'rs concintrating on roots and adjustment. They overwinter fine and the following spring/summer they take off.
