My daughter loves lemon ice box pie, and I can't find a recipe for it. Anyone have any ideas? I saw one once in a Cracker Barrel cookbook, but didn't get a chance to buy the book or copy the recipe. Can't find it now.

I have a lemon tree that produces tons of lemons and I don't drink much lemonade so this maybe a way to use them up. I love lemon meringue pie though! Sounds yummy but.......lemon with dairy product???? Go figure! Will have to give it a try. You stated sm. lemonade....what size is that? Duh Don't want to make it tooooo sour! kit

Catlover...when the recipe calls for a small can, I believe they mean the little 6(?) oz. one. Lemon and dairy does sound strange together, but for years I have been making "lemon shakes" and they're delicious. Just put your vanilla ice cream in the blender and add lemonade in place of milk and blend...sounds weird, but it's really tasty! grinnnn

Thanks Iowa.....ooooh that sounds kinda strange too but I will give it a whirl! Can't hurt to try something new!

Something my dad started along time ago and has been addicting for our whole family now is Pizza served with applesauce. Take a spoonful on top of a bite of pizza and try it. I thought it was pretty wavey
