If it's peonies, they have to have the ants on them to bloom. The ants work on the waxy type coating on the bud this is what is needed to open them up!

sevin dust
had ants on my mums
sprinkled a bit and gave em a shake to get the dust down in the plant
ants gone
not organic but it works
