Deadheading Snowflake Viburnum

My 1 yr. old snowflake viburnum is finishing its bloom. The spent flower heads look like they are preparing to bloom once again. My question is are these the beginning of seeds, or new flowers? Should I be deadheading these? It is my understanding the snowflake will bloom all summer.
Appreciate any advice you all are able to pass my way.

I believe that it will continue to bloom on it's own. I'd leave it alone, as you may cut off the new blooms with the old ones.
