I had some people from work over last night for dinner. Luckily, everybody contributed at least one dish. I made Chicken with Jesse\'s lip smacking sauce , Kent\'s barbecued cornbread , and whole wheat sourdough bread in my bread machine.

The barbecue sauce for the chicken is excellent though a bit of a production. It's flavorful, but not that spicey. Definitely better than storebought. A #10 can of catsup equals about 13 cups or about 140 ounces of catsup. The barbecue sauce on the cornbread however, is a good bit hotter. Still, I'd have to say, it's now my favorite cornbread recipe by a long shot. The shredded pork barbecue was an interesting touch.

Both recipes come from Emeril's Barbecue Contest episode from the Food Network.
