I know you can eat mint and chives straight off the plant but does cilantro tast good like that?

Just cut the small braches or pick off a branch, before you store cilantro it should be rinsed and left moist (not wet) and place in a plastic bag. The cilantro may be stored for up to 1 week.

I wouldn't eat it on its own but you can if you want to.
