I have a dogwood tree at the back of property.I don't see it as much now cause a much larger tree fell in front of it as it took part of its top.I'd like to relocate it to a visable part of the yard.Has any one dug?& relocated one?I'm unsure about the roots.Tap root or what type it is(white flowering dogwood.Gets red berrys but go fast). Its 7 feet now,but lost 3-4 ft of hieght. Its also an area traveled by moles,so may have that as a bonus cause the soil should be looser.

I'm out of my mind....please leave a message.

I have moved those dogwoods before...out at the farm.
They did fine.
But, they were the wild dogwoods.
Don't know if that makes a difference.
I moved a pink dogwood once and it died. nutz
