Our vegetable garden has about had it. We have had a bumper crop of cukes, squash, peas, beans, okra, etc...

I am finding out that even though I was tired of picking so many squash and cucumbers every other day, I still want more! Is it too late just to plant a couple more hills of squash and a couple cucumbers, and even maybe some more okra and expect to see some more on my plate before the season ends?

I think you need between 90 and 120 days. When do you expect io start getting frost in your area?

Hey, I am still planting...
I am an eternal optimist..
*and you've got a longer growing season than I do..*
But the question is......
Are you starting these from seeds
or plants already started from seeds,
just not planted yet?????

I am still planting. I figure if I lose them with frost then it is just a few seeds lost. Still hoping though!

I'm drinking the juice out of my "mini green houses" as quickly as I can. I really want some of the lettuce to grow until it can be harvested this year. Now that's optimism lol.

60-70 days for Cukes and Zukes. I just planted seeds for my last crops of these guys yesterday and should have no problem getting a bunch before frost. Plus I am well north of ya in Pennsylvania.

What have we got to lose? We will plant a couple of each (seeds) on Monday.

Thanks, Everyone!
