Amigatec Member Joined: Feb 2005 Haskell Oklahoma Zone 6b	I taught myself how to can last year, it really isn't that hard, but one thing I have found is, after you sterilize your jars, place them in your on 180* to keep them warm and ready. Also all stoves heat differently, so be ready to adjust the heat to keep the pressure safe. I was a bit worried the first time, but after that it didn't bother me. Good Luck and don't blow anything up!!

There are alot of good websites out there, but it also depends on what you plan to can, somethings are different than others...
