Cinnamon Basil Porkchops

4 to 6 porkchops
1/2 cup flour
2 Tbsp Cinnamon Basil dried (less if fresh)
1 Tbsp Tarragon dried
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp butter or cooking oil

mix all dry ingredients in a large ziploc bag.

rinse and pat the porkchops dry. Then coat in the flour mixture.

pre-heat the fry pan to medium metting the butter or heating the cooking oil. Cook at least 10 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the chops.

2 to 3 servings.
