Pizza Meat Loaf
4 Servings, about 1/4 loaf each
1 lb Ground Turkey
3/4 cup Spaghetti Sauce
1/4 Mozzarella cheese, part-skim
1/2 cup green
peppers, chopped
1/4 cup Onion, minced
1. Lightly grease 9 inch pie plate with vegetable oil. Pat turkey into pie plate.
2. Cover turkey with waxed paper.
3. Cook in microwave on hihg; rotate plate 1/4 turn after 3 minutes.
4. Cook until turkey no longer remains pink. About 5 more minutes. Drain.
5. Top cooked turkey with spaghetti cause, sheese, and vegetables.
6. Return Turkey to microwave oven and heat until cheese is melted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
