can anyone tell me what is wrong here? my bell peppers and hot peppers all are stunned and the leaves are brown and curled up they look like they are going to die but they are still growing new leaves and they have little peppers on them they just look really bad. really small plants just won't get any bigger i don't have a clue. thanks.

Did you put alot of manure
or some type of nitrogen in the soil????????

First of all, pepper plants usually don't grow a whole lot larger once they've flowered and set fruit. The plant puts it's energy into all the fruit rather than growing larger. Are these plants in your garden? Do you have any pics? What are you feeding them with?

to weezie yes i gave them triple 13.i saw some little red bugs on them looked like mites not sure if their the problem though two of the six don't look half bad the others are a different story

Could be too much nitrogen and this also could be the case too...
