I just brush them with a little bit of olive oil, fresh garlic, salt and pepper and grill them on the barbeque until they're tender crisp. Then I squeeze a little bit of lemon juice on them and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil. Very good. Other than that..I add them to anything really..stir frys, soups, salads (yes, I like them raw too). There's zucchini recipes down in the recipe forum. Cheers, Christina

Take a peak, there's lot's of good ones, from on the grill, to chocolate cake, to pie... And Welcome Aboard, there's sooooo much to do here, it'll keep you busy, 24/7~365.. Thru every season and holiday...
