I have figured out that the reason my lawn turned brown, I have Crane Flies, what can I do to get rid of them ?

Healthy lawn will handle pests and shrug off diseases better than unhealthy or neglected lawns.

Well you need to care for your lawn. Fertilise, water, mow on a high setting etc. Get it growing strong and healthy.

Well the lawn was neglected when I moved in ( We just bought the place ) so what you are saying is if it is taken care of this will eleminate my problem ?

I didn't know craneflys could hurt a lawn.

Other articles said to use a grub control to get rid of them.
Did the last people have dogs? Sometimes old dog pee (etc) patches burn the lawn and look like grub damage.
