Pork Shish Kabobs

1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 1/2 (6 oz.) orange juice cans of water
1/2 cup soy sauce
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 clove of garlic, crushed
Salt & pepper to taste
5 lbs. pork loin, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
Cherry tomatoes
Onion wedges
Green & Red bell pepper wedges
Fresh mushrooms

Combine orange juice, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt & pepper in a bowl; mix well. Pour marinade over pork cubes in an airtight container. Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring once or twice. Thread pork cubes on skewers, alternating with vegetables. Grill over medium-hot coals for 10-15 minutes or until done, turning often and basting with marinade.

Yield: 10-12 servings

If you don't want to do all of that cutting into cubes, I've found that it works just as well with pork steaks & chops AND CHICKEN!! You'll LOVE it!! TRUST ME! grinnnn
