OP netwiz Member Joined: Apr 2006 York, PA	We have well water that has a heavy concentration of iron and other minerals. We obviously filter the water before household use but I noticed the water from the hose is not. Should I be concerned about watering the plants with it? Thanks! Joanne

lilylu Member Joined: May 2006 Lower Michigan	Did some looking around...it doesn't sound like the high iron and mineral concentration will harm your plants....I do know that adding lime to the soil will help neutralize it, so you might want to add some lime to your soil...It can't hurt..
