obywan59 Member O Joined: Apr 2004 Copper Hill, Virginia	I use a small pistol oiler with a flexible spout that I got from my local hardware store to apply mineral oil to the silks after they wilt and have begun to turn brown at the tips. If you apply earlier, the oil will interfere with pollination. I don't worry about waiting till I spot them, because I know they're coming.
