OP BFVISION Member Joined: Aug 2003 NJ, NORTHERN COUNTY	I have a beautiful flowering plum tree beetle swarms damaged the top or its just natural growth in need of a trim. I have a similar request concerning my forsythia bushes. They are getting very tall and I want them to get bushier. Looking forward to the advice, BFVISION

mike57 Member Joined: Nov 2004 alabama	HI Both the plum tree and your forsythia bushes can be trimed after they bloom out when all flowers are gone.this will make the plants busher and thicker with new growth.the plum tree grows slower but cutting it back will make it grow fuller and healty.hope this helps.your friend in gardening.mike57
