I have 2 M-I-Law tongue's about 2-3foot and another one around 15 inches the shorter one is 'laurentil' with yellow edges and the taller 2 are solid green; can these be combined in one pot ? I've been given a lovely clay that's more cylinder shaped approx 15'ht and 8' diamenter. is this shape pot approp' for these plants #1.
#2 can I combine
#3 would mixing some cactus soil with regular potting soil be okay??

Yes, you can combine, but be aware that most M-I-L-T's offset readily and the pot could become quite crowded. Shallow pots are best. I'd use the cactus soil straight with some gravel at the bottom.

You are more than most welcome to my meager input. May your plants grow ever larger!

Hi, my motherinlaws plant is about 2 and half feet tall and you can combine , they dont multiply really fast, I dont use any special soil.
Right out of the garden is what I use.
I also have a short type about 4 inches tall.. It multiplys too.
It is in a pot about the size you say.

Dodge, do you ever have pest problems using garden soil indoors?
