It's in the early stage of flowering. Should I cut it back now and prevent it from going to flower?

I do have more planted so fresh shouldn't be a problem. Is there a reason to or not to let parsely flower?

Hi LMT,
I dont' grow parsley, ***every year I say
I should...*** but a rule of thumb is that
after an edible plant flowers, it gets a little
tough...*I know the chives do that, they're
tender until they flower..

I think it also keeps it bushier if you clip
the flowers, it keeps the plant compact...

But I do know that it is a host plant for
butterflies... and the flowers are liked
by beneficial bugs...so, if you do have some
more fresh, you might want to experiment!!!
***I love experimenting, the only way I really
learn things, first hand for my self..plant doubles,
and in different places, to see which
does which better...

If you do let it go to flower...
I would cool love to hear muggs !!!!

Thanks Weezie,

I am going to let it flower. Butterflies alone in enough but if it attracts other beneficials too, all the better.
