hey all hope all your gardening is going well.

i have a norfolk island pine that i bought at stop and shop around x-mas time. it was cute, they had maroon bows on it. well anyhoo, there are about 4 trees in one 16" pot. the trees are about 2 1/2 feet tall. i was wondering if i should move them all to their own pots? i did have to cut one down to nothing due to it having dried out completely. the others are doing ok but im worried that they may be too crowded sca
any ideas idea will be greatly appreciated
thanx eek

HI wavey This is just my opinion i would move them to separate pots or plant them.they would do better separated.the root system on them would be a lot more healthy and they would not crowd each other so they would branch out better heres a link i found for you.

wavey MIKE,
thats what i was thinking myself but i wasn't too sure if it would harm the individual plants because they are in a tight 4" group.
i'll try to do the individual pot idea and let you know how they turn out grinnnn
thanks for your reply mike

if they are in that tight of a group, i'd just leave them so as to not damage the tangled roots.
