I took some cuttings of me nighbors down the road.stuck in 5 gallon bucket of water and after 2 months planted them right up,you couldplant them out soner.I was behind was why they were so rooty.BUT lots of roots is a good thing. The one I rooted was shiney leaves.Oh i did 2-3 ft stems, they were not as large as pencil but close.I pulled all leaves off but top 2.I didn't have to change my water....cause it rained so it overflowed& rained freah in.& you won't need rooting hormone help with these.
