OP Cheyenne Member C Joined: Jun 2003 Arkansas	I'm not sure when I'm supposed to fertilize my shrubs. I have several 'red tip' leaf shrubs...okay that may not be the name you know them by, but it was what was written on the tag when I bought them. DH thinks we should fertilize them now while they are dormant. I thought we were supposed to wait until spring. Help!!!
