I have a couple of Easter Lilies that my neighbors didn't want after the blooms died. I have them in my backyard and I don't want to plant them in the ground because I might be moving in the near future. My question is..is it possible to keep it in a container outside year round and still get new blooms next summer?

Sure. You might want to repot in a larger pot with some fresh soil. You could also plant the pot and all. That way, the watering needs will be reduced and it will still be easy to move.
