OP BigJimSlade Member B Joined: Aug 2004 Florida	Hello, I am growing somer tomatoes and peppers on my back porch. I have them in pots with Miracle Gro. Will I be hurting the plants if I also feed them Miracle Gro water soluble vegetable fertilizer as the packaging recommends, or would the Miracle Gro by itself be enough for the plants? Anonymous Unregistered A	Hey BigJim, Kinda depends on the plant size, if they are about to flower, then I would fertilize, but with a fert. labeled with a higher P, NPK, the P being phospherous and promoting flowers, too much nitrogen N, will cause abundant growth, but a late fruit set, Oh and WELCOME to the Garden Helper
