What do yall use so youre crepemyrtle can bloom more?

Around here they only bloom once a year. I dont know if deadheading would stimulate more blooms like it does for other plants. Hopefully someone here knows more than I do on this.

The main requirement for crepe myrtles to bloom is full sun...to much shade will result in little or no blooms. I've never fertilized mine and they bloom beautifully. They will bloom more abundently if you trim them back in early spring. They may also rebloom if you deadhead them just below the faded bloom (this depends on the length of your warm season.)
