OP frustratedattimes Member Joined: Jun 2004 Georgia	Is it to late to transplant my purple verbena????? It is taking over one of my flower beds, and I do not want to kill it, but would like to move the plants to a better location.

alankhart Member A Joined: Aug 2002 Knoxville, TN	Transplanting in summer is not recommended because the heat doesn't give the plant much chance to recover. If you must move it, wait for a cloudy day...a day when you know it's going to rain would be good...and hope for the best!
