Dunno, but just for sh*ts and giggles,
give 'em a call and see what you should do,
say I bought X, Y and Z and I understand there is a guarntee, I wasn't overly happy with the results, and what is my next step..
Then it's documentated that you weren't all that happy and needed to know what you should do..
Then, it's on the records that you called...
And were advised and from what I understand you're credited the full amount...
*not sure if it's for a future product, or redeemed the way you payed for it, I think it's your choice*
Then if they don't come up the coming
spring, you've already got your complaint in, and they should ship you new ones and then if the other's do live then you've gotten yourself a bar~goon!!!
I've never had them question or be nasty with me,
but haven't had much of a problem either,
will you let me know what the out come is if you call????
