Like a yo~yo on a string..

I am not a winter person..
but I perferr to have winter NOW,
and spring when it's supposed to be spring.
so, I kinda wish it would go back to snowing
and being winter and get it out of it's darn system...

*we've had snow storms, on MOTHER'S DAY here...
so, snow now, spring later..*

Its' was spring*ish* last week which melted all the snow, then some kind of deep freeze hit us..
and those are the times I dislike the most......
not for me, I can come indoors and snuggle up with something.. but my poor plants had a nice big lot's of snow cover, then it all goes away,
and when those deep freezing winds come thru,
that's when the plants die... thumbup thumbup

I am worried...It has been way too warm and continues to be way too warm. The trees, bushes esp fruit trees are going to start thinking it is spring and begin budding....Then we will have that BIG freeze and very cold weather and everything will be ruined.

Yes - like I say - it confuses the birdies too - they might lay their eggs in their nests and get caught by a frost.

I saw two birds making a nest last week - silly twits.

Well, they could say the same of me, I guess.

We had 11 celsius today! Which is a high temp for January in southern Ontario.

It's dropping again though and it doesn't look like that will happen again for a while.

Out in the country towns they've got about 3 inches of snow and more to come.
