I know I've been a bit of a stranger lately. I have been extremely busy with school and the relay. Good news! Today I went to an event called Relay University to learn about some specific details and met a lady named Amy who is making wonderful little pins in the shape of a dress. The dresses come in 3 colors...pink, purple, and black. They all have small ribbons on them. The purple and black dresses can be customized with specific colored ribbons to represent a certain cancer. The pins cost $5 each (plus shipping) and 50% of that goes directly to the American Cancer Society. If you want to order a pin (or more), go to the website below and mention "the Pink Flamingo Team" and Amy will record that as a donation for my team. I'm really really excited about Amy's dresses.
