Loz..You are so right! That is why I paint, write,and garden anything creative takes stress away...So true! Anything one loves to do, that can give the brain a rest is great!

I paint with acrylics.....most things like figurines, wood things, etc.......I love it. I get out my hundreds of bottles of paint and just sit and veg out with it.

Chenno, that is gorgeous! I'm so jealous. I try so hard to paint, I just don't think I cut it. My husband says all of my painting have a sexual bias. LOL.. I say it's the interpreter who has it. I can't believe it, isn't that soooo funny?

I like to work with chalk pastels, I've done some really funky art with that. I do more abstract. If I tried to do a realistic one, I would/have botched it...
