I just wanted to update you on the Peanut and share our first school pics.
Peanut has been doing WONDERFUL on his new meds and has not had a night terror in about a month now. He is sleeping AND eating. He is adding a new word about every other day...this is monumental for a child who was completely wordless a few months ago. He can count to 10, identify his eyes, ears nose and mouth. He is learning to be helpful by putting things in the trash (except he put a lid to one of my pots in there)and picking up toys. Although we just got over a ringworm and pink~eye...he is doing terrific. He absolutely ADORES the new aquarium and his "pish" he stands in front of it and you can tell it just soothes him.
Thank you all for your MANY thoughts & prayers and all your help with Peanut...you can tell by the pics that he is starting to get really tall.
I was tickled that I figured out how to use the speaker on my cell so Garden Ant Cinja and G~Mom got to hear him talk!!!

I also meant to mention that Peanut eats breakfast at school...I totally did not think to send an extra shirt to school picture day...well, needless to say that is pancake syrup on the front of his shirt...

Ya know, I just wouldn't have it any other way..you all are a BIG part of our family. I don't know how we would have made it this far without all the HELP I have gotten from my GH friends and especially Uncle Bill...you all will never know how very much he has helped us get to this point with Peanut...he is the best Uncle Bill in the world!

Vanessa that is a good looking lad you have. Glad you share him with us feel like he is ours also. This fish and all are good for him my daughter when she was small had trouble focusing her eyes due to muscles in her eye not developed (weighed 3 pounds at birth)She would sit and watch our fish for hours eye doctor said that was the best thing she could do. Kids were raised with lots of fish tanks around good therapy for anyone.

Thanks Skunkle Jimmy...he is yours also...I proudly share him.

He talks to his pish...he will stand there and just jabber away at them. I have to keep the windex wipes handy because he follows the pish around with his finger and the front of the tank continually has little finger prints on the front of it....it is so cute!!!

Thanks Penny..yes I am QUITE proud of the littl toot!
I got him a new button up shirt to wear to church yesterday...he wouldn't let us take it off when he got home..he wore it all day. So, he finally let me take it off to put our yammies on for night night..BUT...this morning he went and dug it out of the dirty clothes and was throwing a fit to wear it. I HAD to iron another button up shirt for him to wear to school this morning. What in the world? What could it be that he likes so much about those button up shirts...it looks like a t~shirt would be more comfy...

Vanessa, Do you iron his t-shirts? I am betting it is the way the cloth feels that he likes. The t-shirts may just be too soft for him and he does not like how they feel compared to the thicker and stiffer dress-up shirts.

Vanessa - does he fit into the button up shirts I sent that were Brian's yet? I was hesitant to send them, because most little boys don't like to wear them, but it's so funny to read what you've written here today!

I think most of them were flannels?
Probably to hot for him to wear now...

Yes, he wore them ALL when it was cooler...the fit perfect and looked so nice. I really loved the long sleeve pol shirt with his corderoy pants...he looked quite handsome.

Yes Triss, I confess, I iron his T~shirts..I iron all his clothes. But I startch his button up shirts so you would think they would be less comfortable to him. I did get hime to wear a t~shirt today, but only because I HID the button up shirts...he is such a hoot!!!!
